This is the Nokia 5130 xpressmusic solution for not working bluetooth and FM radio problem. This solution provides some hints on fix the bluetooth if it will not able to turn ON or shows errors.

 To fix bluetooth problem on 5130XM device you may first check the supply voltages of the Bluetooth module IC. The bluetooth will absolutely ain't work if there is no supply voltage or missing.
If the FM radio is okay, you may check the bluetooth antenna and saw filter. And then check also the FM antenna if the bluetooth is working and the FM radio is not.
If both FM and Bluetooth is not working, you may need to replace the Bluetooth chip module.
